small update

David, You have always been one of my favorite people here at this web site! Following your progress updates is always very inspirational for me. 100 pounds!!! OMG!!! You are so close to getting down into the 3's!!! I, myself, just returned back to work yesterday after having been off for six weeks. I was really tired within a couple hours of my shift being over, but elated at all the wonderful comments I got from my co-workers who hadn't seen me since right before my surgery and 32 pounds ago!
