F: 5 oz Carb Countdown Chocolate Milk B: 2 Turkey Meatballs, dab of bbq sauce, 1 slice LF Mozzarella L: Smoothie (Nectar Protein Powder, Carb Control Yogurt, SF Orangeade and some berries) S: Cheddar Soy Crisps D: 3 oz grilled chicken breast with Tbs of FF cream cheese on top and 1 Tbs of Salsa, nuked. TOTALS: Cals 545 Fat 15 Carbs 26 Protein 78 Fluids: Not too bad, prob will be 50 oz by end of night Exercise: I had to work, so didnt get any in Vits: 1/2 done
