Im cheating right now
All I could eat was about 1/4 of it. I didnt eat the bread. it was just meat cheese and a squishy tomatoe. Most the mayo and stuff came off with the bread. It was good. I kind of feel gross in my tummy. This is the first time in 5 weeks I can say I feel full. I wont make a habit of it but mmm mit was nice to eat real food.

I dont think that was a bad choice, what do people think they put in that chilli? LOL Anyways, I think we need to shake it up a bit from time to time and try new things. I have been on a stall and last night I ate more then I have in almost 2 months. Nothing bad like chips and candy but more crackers with peanut butter then I would like to admit. Got up this morning and lost a pound. I was shocked. I think our bodies need to get something different every once in awhile. Enjoy that hamburger patty and cheese, both are fine choices.
Oh, and congrats on last weeks weight loss!

Everyone on this site goes on and on about the chili w/cheese. How is that ANY different than what you ate? If you always feel like you are depriving yourself you will never be satisfied. How is 1/4 a small burger (minus bun) such a horrible thing? Before WLS I would have order 2 of those with fries and a huge coke! I would have also gotten the apple pie!
Calorie and content wise its no different, the difference is in the product. One is hard pressed meat which can easily get stuck as its hard to break down; my surgeon says its the #1 item he has to get unstuck. The other is a loose meat which is more easily chewed.
Either way, Elsa had a highly satisfying moment with no ill affects!
