Power Crunch Bars

They are really good! Sweet but not too sweet. Lite and crunchy...and oh how I have been wanting crunchy. I ordered a sample box that had a mix of all the flavors. So far I've tried the chocolate and the chocolate and peanut butter. Both were good and have 18g of protein. Low carb and low sugar.

Ronna, From where did you order them? This site? I have been trying different bars and so far the only ones I like are the ones from Carb Solutions...but they are soft, not crunchy. Chele

I first ordered them from bariaticeating.com and then I bought some at the Vitamin Shoppe. They might have them at GNC, but I haven't been there to check. They do have a nice crunch to them. They remind me of wafer cookies.

I just bought some at the Vitamin Shopppe - they give a 30% discount if you buy a case of the same flavor. Enroute there I went to the GNC and they do not carry power crunch bars. They are advertised in the left frame of this website which links to bariatriceating.com, I believe. 4g of sugar for 4g of protein. I am impressed, these will be great for the office and traveling.
