pain relievers????
Okay, so I know what to stay away from (asprin) and I know how to take them, but there's got to be a better, tastier way. Any ideas??
I get menstral migranes and tylenol just didn't do it before surgery, let alone, crushed up with a teaspoon of water after surgery. Any tips/suggestions???
Thanks
Roni
Talk to your doc and see if you can get Maxalt, they have them that melt in your mouth. I found it to be a godsend for migrains, others I have recommended them to said they were a miracle.
They also have non-asprin excedrin and I know excedrin comes in melt in the mouth or chewables, they might have the non-asprin ones too.
Best of luck, nothing is worse than migraines. Have had them for years. Mine are alot better for several reasons. One, they were caused by my blood pressure going up, didn't have to rise too high, in fact, Doc was surprised when we figured out that was one problem. That is no longer a problem because of the WLS. 2. I quit smoking to have the surgery and haven't started back up.
I have had a couple of them though, but Maxalt kicked it. I use to have enought in one month to use 12 pills I got a month. Now I have a 2 month supply and a couple from a third month left.
I do miss taking Excedrin for aches and pains though.
