It's Friday! What's on YOUR menu?
Hey everyone!! Happy Friday to all of you!!
Here's the Friday Dance ~
OK now that the dance is out of the way, how are YOU? Have you had a good week? What are your plans for the weekend? Me personally, I have to work on the weekends but I don't mind.... I am leaving for Vegas on Monday morning and cannot wait!!
So here is my menu for today:
B ~ Yoplait Light FF yogurt 6 oz 5g protein
S ~ String Cheese RF
L ~ 2 turkey meatballs and maybe some mashed potatoes
S ~ veggies and some RF ranch
D ~ baked chicken finger lightly breaded (pre-made by Perdue... delicious) low fat!! and maybe some corn
S ~ string cheese
Fluids ~ not much down yet, will work on this all day today
exercise ~ will get out my resistance band exerciser and use it while I watch my shows I taped while I am at work...

LOL...I am doing the Friday dance as well.
I am going to visit my mom, grandmother and brother this weekend. My grandmother and brother have not seen me since I have had the surgery so this should be fun.
Then Sunday I have to take my daughter to a birthday party at build a bear.
Here is what I am having:
B~ light n fit yogurt
L~ Tuna w/ light mayo and relish
S~ String cheese
D~ 1/4 oz baked chicken and string beans
Liquids~ 35 oz of liquid so far....sip sip sipping
Exercise~ 30 min on the treadmill done and 3.2 speed already and when I go home I'll do my 60-80 crunches
Vitamins~ almost done

D: 1 oz Turkey Pepperoni (nuked) dipped in 2 Tbs FF cream cheese
F: 1 scoop Nectar Fuzzy Navel mixed with 8 oz SF Orangeade
