My real WOW moment

Ok the scale says 165. I found out my doctors scale is 5 lbs off making me 164. That is ok I am fine with 165. Tomorrow is 6 weeks out and today I just could nt bring myslef to put on my baggy jeans again....so I pulled out a pair of jeans I bought at goodwill...(junior 13) I slid them on, up over hips, and went to fasten them and barely sucked in.... and yep they fit!!!! wait there is more!!!!! I bought a goal shirt before surgery....size 8 or so it says on the label......yep it fit too. I will admit I am pounchy...ok and I am not all that skinny, yet. I have to do some sucking in and stand up straight...but it has helped me see there is a difference in me that "I" am having a hard time seeing. This is my feel good moment and I encourage all to keep up the good work and don't give up. We are in the beginning of our journey and the worst is over. Deborah J

Deborah, What an awesome thing. You sound a lot like me. I have bought clothing in every size from here to God's kingdom at second hand stores and let me tell you, I have tried on a few things that surprised me way sooner than I thought.
