Sorry to hear you were dehydrated. (sip, sip, sip)
Here is what I had today (or yesterday, sorry for the late post)
B~light n fit yogurt
L~chicken salad
D~1/2 of skinless chicken thigh w/ 1 small stalk of brocoli
S~s/f vanilla pudding with some slices of banana (yum, tasted like banana pudding w/out the wafer cookies)
Exercise ~ went to gym for 1 hr-1/2 hr on treadmill w/3.4 speed and weights
Liquids ~ 65 oz liquids
