
I am putting all my information; food intake, activities and calories burned into
www.Fitday.com. I am creating my nutritional goals on there and I am not sure what to put. Is there a max of carbs, fat & calories for each day for post ops?

I am trying to get in my protein in of course, that comes first. Then my veggies. I am also trying to get my water in at least 64oz.
