What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
B - 1 oz sunflower seeds and 1 cup diced watermelon
L - wendy's BLT chicken salad w/o the dressing or croutons (used my own low fat dressing)
D - 2 large baked chicken wings (lightly seasoned with spices and parmagian cheese and baked in the oven on Pam) and steamed green beans
Desert - a sf fudge pop dipped in the tub of sf cool whip. This is my new fav dessert!

Glad you are doing well.
Here is what I had:
B~1/4 cottage cheese (w/cinnamon and 1/2 pack splenda-yum!)
L~1/4 cup chicken salad
D~1 baked chicken wing and I could not fini**** (sounds crazy because I use to be able to eat 5-8 of them with no problem)
S~s/f vanilla pudding w/sliced banana's in it
Exercise~went to gym for 1hr (30 min on treadmil 3.4-3.6 speed and weights)
Liquids~65 oz
Vitamins~forgot to take 1 calcium (oops)
