Okay, South Beach Protein bars, South Beach Breakfast Bars, Stallon Pudding(better cold), string cheese, SF puddings in cup, fruit 2o water (or whatever you like), jar of sf peanut butter (high in protein). Have a safe trip. Karen

thanks for the suggestions. I haven't tried the stalone pudding, is that from GNC? Thanks

Kristi, My husband makes the best Jerky I have ever tried. It is so easy too. But it needs to sit like 2-3 days in the marinade. I will email you the recipe later when he gets home. I dont know it right off hand. It is the best! Good luck! Michelle

That recipe would be great. I don't leave until the 16th, so I have some time to make it. Thanks

What about soy crisps and maybe some cream cheese. Cheese sticks, nuts... Leeanne

I have to get nuts. I know in the past I use to eat sunflower seeds, but I ate so much of them, they were no longer a good snack. My friend said to make sure I get the real small packages of them, that way I can keep track of how much I eat. Thanks
