3 for Thursday
1. Worst part?? Feeling like i'm being tortured because I just didn't have ENOUGH WILL POWER to lose weight on my own (EMOTIONAL bull crap- I know)
, the learning how to re eat, the throwing up, the fatigue (I couldn't pick just one-sorry!)
2. Best part?? Compliments, hubby calling me skinny and wrapping his arms all the way around me.
3. Protein: CHEESE!

Chele, These are great questions and I have enjoyed reading everyone's responses. My responses:
1) What has been your most difficult challenge with WLS thus far?
I have not had any big problems, but I get bummed out about throwing up.
I am not sure why I do when I have thrown up and I can't really predict when it is going to happen.
2) What has been the best part of WLS up to this point?
Being able to move with more energy and bending down easier and fitting into clothes that I haven't been able to wear in years!
3) What is your favorite protein food (meal or snack)?
A non-fat, decaf latte with an extra shot!
