2 Month Check-up Today

Hi Everyone,

This morning I had my 2 month follow up appointment. They were so proud of my weight lose and enthusiam to exercise. I started the journay weighing 263 and now down to 211. I'm so excited that is 52 pounds gone forever. Yesterday at curves I got measured and I've lost 8 inches in my waist since February I couldn't believe it.

It is nice to hear everyone else is doing good also. Carly

Awesome Carly!! Your surgery date was the same as mine and we almost started out at the same weight and have lost almost the same. Keep up the great work. I wish that I could stay focused on the exercise like you. I am proud of your weight loss! Jenn
