What's on YOUR menu for Thursday
Hello Everyone,
Well I was wondering what I'm doing wrong....
I take my iron, mega multi vitamin, and calicium daily then i also take my synthroid and Lovastin at night. And on Sunday's I take my b-12.
My doctor wants me to eat 70 to 80 grams of protein daily which I'm not meeting. And I have been drinking my water....
I go back to work this up coming Monday March 13, 2006 after having surgery on January 30, 2006.
Here is what I had on my menu for today.
B: 1/2 cup of hormel chili with no beans "8 grams of protein"
1/4 cup of cheddar cheese melted on top "6 grams protein"
L: Hi-Protein Bar Rockin' Roll "21 grams protein"
D: Protein Shake "20 grams of protein"
made with 1 cup nonfat milk "10 grams of protein"
16.9 Crystal Light Fruit Punch
16.9 Crystal Light Orange Sunrise
1 1/2 cups Decaf Chai Tea----
Has anyone ever tried the discountcoffee.com site....Yummy..!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You can buy crystal light on the go and crystal light singles packets at discounted prices. They also sell true lemon and true lime. But my favorite is there Decaf Chai Tea...Yummy
It's been 2 weeks and I am at the same weight.
Oh I went to Curves and worked out for 42 minutes every minute counts then later in the day I did 18 minutes on my emcumbent bike.....

Howdy everyone! Hope everyone has a good Friday!
I had today:
B: Yucky protein shake (but it was only 4 oz!) 24gr
S: 1/2 south beach diet chicken wrap (that someone had recommended- very good! Could only eat half of one!) 11gr (I think)
L: 1/4 cup nuts 6gr (plus a bite of my sons pizza he was having for lunch)
D: 1 1/2 oz of beef tips and two egg noodles ??? need to look up protein
S: tortila chips and cheese 6gr
Got my vitamins
got my fluids
need my calcium still
exercise...aaaahhhhh...worked all day and chased a 4 year old around.
Today was a run all day, day. Can't say that it was a good food day, but it wasn't one of the worst either.
B two ounces Ham, 1 slice tst
L Broth off a bowl of potato soup with protein powder
S white chedder popcorn
D two bites chicken, one bite sopa then upchucked
S LF string cheese, SF applesauce

D: 3 oz grilled chicken with cheese and muchrooms
80 oz water
am and pm vit
YEAH!!!!!!!!! I finally have this down and Im in a routine. That goes out the window tomorrow. My son has a swim meet out of town and I wont be home till Sunday. Cross you fingers!
