too many oranges?
Couldn't tell you whether it's too many or not because I'm not allowed to eat citrus fruit for many months. If I were you, I would plug it into Fitday.com to see how many carbs and sugar you're consuming. I think most surgeons stand similarly on the "protein first" platform, so you might want to make sure you're eating the oranges after you've already eaten your protein.

we absorb sugar very easily, even frutose. Just see how it is affecting you, slowing down your weightloss or interfering with other stuff you should be eating. If it is all fine, then there should be no problem. I am staying away from fruit, my weightloss is slow enough, not going to chance the frutose setting me back.
