I'm back!
Hi everyone,
I was away for a while... needed to get some rest and focus on my exercise because I was not losing any weight.
I'm back online now and hopefully on the losers club again. I've lost 43 lbs so far.
I'm almost 8 weeks post-op and still struggling with eating meat and drinking water. Any advice?

Welcome back and congrats on your losses so far!!!
Regarding the meat, why are you so anxious to get it into your diet? You may want to consider giving it up for awhile, especially if its a challenge to eat.
Protein alternates: boca burgers (the loose ground, chicken and sausage patties are my favorite), beans, yougurt.
For water, I go thru the same issues. Lemon juice has really helped. I got some of the true lemon advertised on this site as well as some from the store. Tea is also helpful, peppermint is my favorite. Both work wonders for me and I find myself drinking much larger quantities of water much easier and faster than before.
