weigh-in survey
I guess #3--in the morning after I've peed and usually about an hour after I get up but before any water or exercise. I'm usually a little bloated right when I wake up, so if I wait an hour or so, I'm usually less than 1st thing. Weird, I know, but it works for me. Also, I never weigh when it's around my TOM. So there's usually a 2 week period (no pun intended!) that I don't weigh at all.
