Will this help?
Yesterday, a few of us posted about frustration with being almost afraid to eat because of things coming back up again. Assuming there's nothing else wrong, I'm wondering if taking our vitamins at different times of day would help. For example, would taking my p.m. vitamins right after lunch interfere less with my ability to digest my food as opposed to taking them, say, an hour before dinner? I'm just curious to see if any of you have experimented with this.
I find that if I
it is mostly at dinner time. I think maybe I am more sensitive at that time, so if I took a vitamin at night, I wouldn't do it then. I take 1 adult chewable Centrum multi-vitamin in the AM. After dinner I take an iron pill (cut in half). I take B-12 2x per week (under the tongue in the AM), and chew a couple of Viactiv Calcium during the day when I think of it. That's all I take.
