I don't know who originally posted about the South Beach Chicken Ceasar Wraps, but thank you!! I bought one the other day at the store and just mixed it up for lunch. I can't eat th wraps yet (saved those for my hubby), but the chicken part was yummy!!!! I've been craving something that has some flavor to it. I ate about half of the chicken (maybe a little less) and according to Fitday, it was 87 calories & 10g of protein (this is without the wraps)! I can't wait to be able to add the wraps, but I'll have to wait another couple of months. Anyway, thanks again for the great suggestion. Keep them coming!! Lisa S.

I tried the same thing last night. I only had one wrap, think that is more fitting to the portions they give anyway. I didn't eat all the chicken, some fell out, but most of it. Rule of thumb is a tortilla is about 100 calories, not sure if it is the same for corn, think it is lower, but flower is 100. So most of the calories in the wrap are the wraps, tortillas. My dinner was about 180 calories, that is real good. Another thing to try is the Jack in the Box Southwest chicken pita. I don't eat the pita, so it should only be about 150 calories. It has the best chicken, black beans, lettuce, cabage, and humas/corn. Real well balanced and real good protein. Best part is it is the best tasting food I have found.

Lisa, I toast the tortilla and eat maybe not even eat half of it...most of the time I end up burning it! But you may be able to enjoy it that way. April
