My Pity Party is Over

After my last two weeks of self pity and pity partying, I finally have a victory! I woke up this morning and weighed - the scale finally moved!!!!!!!!! And it is to the lowest weight yet. I have lost all that I regained plus a few more pounds! Starting weight 306 Today 263 43 pounds gone, I am praying I do not gain any back!!!!!! God Bless, Jen

Glad the pity party is over! *wink wink* It doesnt do any good to sulk! Just work through it. It will come off when it is ready, and if you are doing what you are suppose to do, you will know it isnt your fault. Hang in there. You'll do great! Congrats on the extra lost! Michelle
