We didn't NEED to know, but that is a very important gain. For me, I think my husband gained that one!! He can't keep his hands to himself anymore!! He actually squeezed my boob in line at walmart in front of a senior citizen!! I felt like a teenager again!!

i gained freedom... mental freedom. i used to OBSESS over food. It really did control me, not only physically but mentally as well. I am lucky in that I don't feel true hunger any more (head hunger is another thing). But now I know that I have the freedom to LIVE with out the restrictions of food controlling me.

I've gained... energy and a new passion for life and my son. I've gained the freedom from from constantly thinking about food, and instead utilize it as fuel for my body! Today my son went to a birthday party at Chuckie Cheeses and when the birthday cake went around, I realize I didn't even really miss it. It wasn't hard, not like I thought it would be.
