I tried it and it was ok. I was afraid of dumping because the sugar grams is high, and the protein was I think only 6g. but it is sweetened with sucralose (spenda) so it has to be ok. I ate it but am still looking to find one with lower sugars. didnt dump so that was good. I just am getting bored with the same ole breakfasts so thought that would be good and also something I can take to work with me Kim

I like Yoplait lite yogurt the best. It's only 5 gm.s of protien though. So, if I eat that for breakfast I eat a couple of RF wheat crackers with RF peanutbutter to up the protien intake. Leeanne

Can you find the Blue Bunny Carb controlled yogurt? The vanilla and raspberry are really good - I usually lurk but wanted to share! Rhonda

Havent tried the WW one, but I eat Dannon Carb & Sugar Control Yogurts... they are great, low in sugar, carbs, and have 5g protein. They are also only 4 oz each, which is the most I can eat in one sitting anyway. They are a bit more expensive then regular yogurt, but I figure its ok because I have been saving so much by not eating as much or as often

I tried them. They are good. I can only eat about half, yet I save the other half for later. Andrea
