So this is my new favorite lunch .. I thought I would share it with y'all.
2 oz roast beef from the deli shaved
1 oz mozzarella cheese melted on top
1 teaspoon of horseradish sauce
yum yum yum
19 grams of protein ..... no carbs ...

I'm jealous! I used to be able to eat deli meat but lately it gets stuck or makes me sick. I have been craving a turkey sandwich with mayo and tomato but ick! Sounds yummy, maybe in a few more weeks I can be there!
