What's on YOUR menu for Monday?

How's it going.. Well, when I was constipated, I ate some collard greens. "Glory Greens" makes a very good canned greens. Also some sugar-free candy. Preferably Reese's sugarfree reese-cups. Those sugar alcohols will make you go also. And they are a very nice treat. Almost like the real thing.
Well, Today's menu is as follows:
B-Cheese & Broccoli quiche
S-light yogart
L-Healthy Choice chicken rigatoni w broccoli
S-lowfat string cheese & a few crackers
D-turkey wing w little stuffing & little corn
S-sugar free butter pecan ice cream
Plenty of water, diet cranberry juice, and hot tea in between.
