opinions on the tropical oasis tropical plus mega nutrition liquid vitamin

Hi everyone I wanted to get anyone and everyones opinion on the tropical oasis tropical plus mega nutrition liquid vitamin. I purchased this prior to my WLS from Bariatric Eating . com and now that I am finished with my Centrum chewables I was going to start this, however I noticed that the percentages are extremely high: VITAMIN A 200%-VITAMIN E 667%-VITAMIN C 833%-VITAMIN B1 1667%- VITAMIN B2 1471%-VITAMIN B3 400%-VITAMIN B6 1500%-VITAMIN B12 3333%-PANTOTHENIC ACID 500% I just read an article that(for the average person) it is not recommended to take anything that exceeds 100% daily value--now I know that as a WLS patient I am not absorbing 100% of what I intake however since there is no way of knowing how much my body is absorbing I wonder if its not the best to take this vitamin--if there is anyone out there that has knowledge of what is dangerous to take too much of as far as vitamins or any other info pertaining to this matter please let me know--I am going to show the bottle to my nutritionalist and surgeon this week but until then I would appreciate nay input from those of you out there thanks Lori
