Too Much?
you prob can eat that much because chili is not a dense food (chews down to not much, and is part liquid). however, my nut strongly says to never eat more then 4 oz (or 1/2 Cup) at a time. basically the reasoning is that, even if you can, it is safer not to at this point in your WLS and most likely a 1/2 of cup will get you full, so why eat more?
