Hello all:
I wanted to eat all day today...do you ever have days like that?
B: Low sugar Quaker apples & cinnamon oatmeal made with 1% lactaid milk.
L: carrot,celery,bell pepper, onion salad with 1 slice muenster cheese and 2-3 slices lowfat salami. 2 large strawberries. Lowfat choc pudding
Snack: Beef Jerky
D: Homemade vegetable soup with 5 small meatballs. Healthy choice lowfat fudge bar.
