muscle soreness???

Hello again--one more post before I go to do the treadmill: I have been walking 45min per day on my treadmill and feel great however the other night I did my walk away the pounds tape by leslie sansone (2 miles) and during it my left hamstring became extremely sore and by bedtime my knees, hamstrings and most of my lower body was really, really sore--I have done these tapes, even the 3 mile alot when I have dieted before and even weighed more than I do now and have never felt like that--does anyone have any ideas why this happened?? I was wondering if I could be low on something : potassium? iron etc and maybe thats why? I had my bloodwork done last week and am waiting for the results--any advice would be appreciated

Hi Lori, The only thing I can think of is, did you warm up enough before your workout?

How is your protien and water intake? Maybe you are dehydrated. Leeanne
