So sorry to hear about the knee. My leg has been bothering ever since I went on this 6 mile walk/run a couple weeks ago but I still press on since it's not so so bad. Your knee sounds bad by your description. Make sure you rest up enough off that knee so when it's time you can give that treadmill and bike your 100%!

I hope your knee heals quickly. Take care of yourself!
What about doing some things with weights or bands while sitting to strengthen your upper body. This would still be some form of exercise without affecting your knee.
