When I check the post op planner it says the average excess loss is 65%. My dr says 75-80%. Im couriouse what your docs said. Elsa

That's funny!!! I was just talking about that stupid thing on Dana's post!! My doc told me "his" patients generally loose 85-90%. These are the patients that follow his guidelines to a "T". I hope I fall in that catagory!! It seems to me though if you look on the main board at those who are 2+ years post op, they seem to have lost well over 80%. Most of them made it to goal and then some. Dawn

Mine said about 85%... but according to the Post Op planner, I am far behind... so I ignore it. Really, I figure everyone is different, so I try not to compare my loss to that chart.

On the top right hand of this page it says home. there under post op resouses, says post op planner. Good luck. Elsa
