questions and feelings
I read the post almost everyday and every once in while I respond. When I read your menus, I just can't belive that you can get all the food in. I have a really hard time getting my 3 meals in a day and getting only 2oz in a serving. I hardly ever get to eat any side dishes or veggies. How do you all do it? Also do you guys plan your meals for the week or day or just eat whatever? Is anyone having big time problems with thier hormones? I have been a great big grizzle bear. Any tips? Have a great day.

Hi Michelle. I do plan my meals everyday. Except on Sundays sometimes...my down day. But I make sure I have enough protein for the next day and it ensures that I pick out healthy choices. Some days I eat only 2 oz. and some days I can get in 3 oz. and a couples veggies or something. The day when you will be able more will come. HTH.

I would say I dont plan my meals out. I always have an idea what I might have but not set in stone. I just never know what I might feel like on any given day. my last doctors appointment the doctor told me to eat some of my vegies first because I told her after I eat my protein I cant eat any more. she said the vegies would move thru faster so I would have room for my meat. seems to be working for me so far
