I was reading all the posts and I think you got a lot of good advise. With me I also stay at home during the with my 2yr old and she is a piggie! She will eat all day long if I let her. I found that I don't keep the snacks in the house that I LOVE, I won't graze all day. I don't have much of an appetite either but for me it is more of a mind game. I see Red Lobster commericals or Food Network and start craving different things. If you snack I would suggest just the veggies since you have a hard time with fruit. But 50g of protien wow! I was told her anything less than 60g for a long period of time will help you to loss your hair. I think I would stick around 60g of protien. I just wondered how that Isopure is? I almost bought some today but I was afraid of the taste! Good Luck Michelle

I have a 3 year old and a 4 year old and every 20 minuts it "Mommy, I'm hungry!" Good grief! I have been giving then healthier snacks, it certainly can't hurt them. But they like the Lunchables and the crackers with the spreadable cheese. And they never finish what they start, so it's very tempting to eat the leftovers. I am already losing a scary amount of hair. I have been taking biotin since the begining, so I might double up on that too. Bridget
