I Lost 50!!

Most of you probably don't know me - I spent most of my time on this message board pre-op. But today, I am so happy, I really need some people to share this with. I am 5'3" and started out at 235 - today I weighed myself and I am 185 - that's a 50 pound loss!! I was 185 on my wedding day, and I just feel absolutely wonderful. This surgery has truly changed my life for the better, and today I am really happy that I took that huge leap. Thanks for listening!!

Hi April, Congratulations! We had our surgery on the same day. I have another 1-1/2 lbs. to lose before I can say I've lost 50 lbs. so at least we are around the same rate on losing. I am so happy for you! Karen S. Highest/Surgery/Current 273 / 255 / 207

April, I had my surgery on Jan 24 and I'm 5'2" and started at 235, but I just celebrated getting below 200 yesterday. You're doing fantastic!!!!! You must be soooooooo proud of yourself. Kathy
