Beautiful day here in Chicagoland - 70 degrees and sunny most of the day. B - 1/2 c. cottage cheese S - 1 c. cheerios with 1/8 c. milk and Splenda L - 3 oz tuna with 2TBSP lite Miracle Whip and 6 Triscuits S - 1 small banana and fat-free Cool Whip D - 4 oz chicken (dark meat), 1/4 c. mashed potatoes, 1/4 c. broccoli S - probably a sugar-free ice cream bar Fluids - 80 oz Exercise - swam laps 35 minutes, walked one mile Vitamins - check

Very busy day which equals bad food choices. B: fish L: 4 pork rinds D: 3 pork rinds, 3 pb crackers, and a slice of cheese vits: am and pm 80 oz water so far no exercise (holding head in shame) kristi
