I have been using liquid multi-vitamin from the Vitamin Shoppe because my doctor told me it absorbed better and was easier in the beginning than a pill. Now I don't think I can do it though - My little shot has gotten as disgusting as the protein shakes have. What do you guys use?

I use centrum chewables for my multi vitamin and viactiv french vanilla soft chews for calcium. The centrums are orange flavor, I'm not crazy about them but I don't mind taking them. Viactiv has come out with a soft chew multi vitamin too. I got a sample pack with my calcuim, they were REALLY good. It tasted like a piece of chocolate! I currently use Optisource chewable vitamins (they're for bariatric patients and you can find them at www.walgreens.com). I'm going to be switching to Centrum chewables though because that way I'll only have to take 2 a day as opposed to 4. Chele

I take Nutrinate, a prenatal chewable vitamin. It is a prescription vitamin. My surgeon prescribed it for me. It tastes pretty good too. God Bless, Jen

I take kids vitamins. They are gummies by Onesource. I get them from Wal-mart. I tried the Centium chewables, but just couldn't do them. I use the new Catrate Creamy Bites for my calcium. I spread them out through the day so I don't dump. Hazel

I also take the Optisource Vitamins. My surgeon recommended them. They are chewable and don't taste too bad. I take two at breakfast time and two at dinner time. I also have to take an iron supplement - I don't understand this as I'm already in menapause, but whatever

I was using the centrum chewable but that orange taste got to me. I moved onto Twinlabs Daily One with Iron, its a capsule and works well. For calcium I use the chewable and regular caltrate as well as a choc product called adora, it has 2g sugar and tastes even better with peanut butter.
