I saw my surgeon thursday and he said I have lost 51% of my 70% weight loss, since surgery. His words I am losing too fast.

I thought I was doing good to be down 50 lbs by 9 weeks...I am dehydrated, and I am not eating very well. ie:

I am afraid to eat due to the pain that comes, excess saliva, and ultimate vomiting for relief. I am not talking about stuffing myself...example...I ate 3 oz beef soup (broth), 3 bites (size of a broth cube) beef steak, 3 green beans. By the time I got home 45 minutes later my mouth was draining saliva so fast I coud not swallow and I had to make myself

for relief.

I can do 4 oz carnation Instant breakfst
I can do 3-4 bites of cottage cheese
I can do one spoonfull of peanut butter
I can do Oj till I am orange
I am just now able to start keeping water down again, I average 4-6 oz, but I keep water close at night at work and sip on it often.
I can do a slice of sharp cheese
I can do 2% reduced fat milk a pint

when I try ckn, tuna, meats of pretty much any kind...it comes back up.
Bread is a no no I have tried melba toast does ok, but no crackers or bread
Yes I cheat a nibble on chips 2-3, and I have even eaten a few of those new fat free cookies that came out zero carbs.
My surgeon wants me to consult GI doc and see if I need my suture looked at and maybe stretched open a bit????

I kinda like not eating because that is all I used to do..I am never hungry right now when before I would always be saying hey lets go grab a bite.
There are a few things I miss but It is a passing thought now days.
I got into a pair of 7/8 junior jeans the other day, and look pretty good except I lost my butt. My husband bought me an excercise bike and put it together tonight.
If what my doc says is true then I only have 18.5 lbs to hit my 70% mark..my goal is 115 but I think as I see myself now probably 120-125 would be best. I have 35 lbs to go...

then it is focusing on getting my nutrition and firming up.
