I hope today is a great day for all of you. The weather here is nice, a little cloudy but the temperature should reach about 85 or so today. We are going to take the baby to the park this afternoon and then hit the mall (uuugggghhhhh - I hate the mall) I am going to go check out the Lane Bryant sale Jaci talked about on her post. My dad and stepmother are alive and I love them both. My mother is not alive, she died in 1996. Have you ever been in a play, mucical or any type of theatric production? In second grade I was in a play about goats and cotton. How many stated have you lived in and what are they? I have lived in 4 states; PA, AZ, WI and TX What color is your couch? family room - beige/yellow, living room - beige w/ multi color floral design, bedroom sitting area - green damask floral design If you have kids, when dod you potty train them? Ok this is a question I am curious on, my 18 month old knows when she poops, can I start trying to potty train her?

Cool and rainy this morning. Out for breakfast and a few yard sales. Now home where it is warn and dry! What do music do you listen to in your car? I live in a rural area, we have only 5 or 6 stations to choose frome so I flip from channel to channel and leave it where my fav song of the minute is. Have you ever been to Las Vegas? Twice, nice to visit and then leave! Are your parents alive and do you like them? Both passed over. Have you ever been in a play, mucical or any type of theatric production? I was in the HMS Pintafore in 6th grade. Loved it. How many stated have you lived in and what are they? 6 WY, SD, IL, LA, CO, UT What color is your couch? Forrest green with a brown and gold pattern on the pillows. If you have kids, when did you potty train them? No kids. Prefere the free range method of potty training, just let them run naked and soon they will figure it out. Ok this is a question I am curious on, my 18 month old knows when she poops, can I start trying to potty train her? I would offer the potty and talk aboout it. She might still be a bit young. Teresa

What do music do you listen to in your car? usually a nice long mix CD that I burned. Radio stations around here are leaving a lot to be desired, but I do also listen to rock/alternative stations in my car. It depends on my mood and whether I want to deal with commercials!! LOL Have you ever been to Las Vegas? I LOVE VEGAS!! I have been there 5 times and most recently this past March (yes, about 3 weeks ago!) Are your parents alive and do you like them? Both my parents are alive and still married. Going on 35 yrs here. LOL And yes, I love them both!! Have you ever been in a play, mucical or any type of theatric production? I was in chorus and concert choir in high school, while in my sorority in college we did a few Greek Week skits (Grease and Saturday Morning Cartoon theme songs), and I also did makeup for our musical of "Joseph and the Amazing technicolor Dreamcoat" my senior year of high school... How many stated have you lived in and what are they? lived in 2 states, PA and MD What color is your couch? umm... I will vote offwhite on this one. I have 2 offwhite matching comforters covering it up... it's old, stained, and scratched up (there's foam coming out of it! LOL) I need a new couch!! If you have kids, when dod you potty train them? 1) Anything, from classical to rock to Baby Mozart 2) I have been to Vegas many times, yes. 3) My parents are alive and most of the time I like them. 4) I have performed a lot, yes. Musicals, orchestra, band, choirs and as a soloist. 5) I have lived in Ohio, California, Colorado and Michigan 6) Cocoa brown with maroon, sage and hunter green accent colors 7) Generally around 2ish. Before then, I'd start announcing, "I have to go to the potty!! I'm a big girl!" (as my older kids would and say, "Thanks for telling us that!") Make it an exciting wonderful thing and your kiddo will be interested and even follow you in the bathroom to join in on the "fun". Just be aware, that this generally marks the end of ever going to the bathroom ALONE! Even my teens yell through the closed door (I guess no one can wait 30 seconds for me to come out!). Anyway, you could get a potty chair and set it out...have her sit on it while clothed. First in the living room, then move it to the bathroom. She can start following you when you go...and chances are, she'll want to follow your lead. Don't be surprised if she doesn't as she is a little young, but at least she can get used to having her potty chair around. My kids have always started the process, then given it up for awhile, only to complete it and fully potty train later on. Check out www.charmin.com for a Potty Training Kit...my 6 year old loved it! How many stated have you lived in and what are they? Only in Illinois. I did live 2 years on a Kibbutz in Israel when I was young. What color is your couch? Beige Leather

Ronna, I majored in Music Education and minored in Vocal Performance. That was just one of my lives though. (watching Ronna fly all over the room as Peter Pan) Chele

That does feel like another life. Haven't done a play since College. And the last time I sang in public was at my sister's wedding I had promised to sing at my brother's wedding too but he just won't get married:rolf:

Hey Chele and Ronna, You have a third performing artist-type on this board! I majored in Voice Performance in college too. And I have taught music in both elementary school and high school, and been a soloist and a church choir director. Now I am not really working in the music field anymore, so it seems like another life to me too, although I only recently quit my church choir director job. And I still sing at weddings and funerals occasionally. Funny, eh? Diana
