Pizza recipe?
I dont know if there is a specific recipe you are looking for, but this is what I do...
I layer the following:
1 small low Carb Tortilla
Sauce (either use fat free italian dressing or low carb spagetti sauce)
Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese (about 2 oz)
Turkey Pepperoni (about 15 slices)
I spray the bottom of a cookie sheet with that non stick stuff and then I bake it on 450 degrees untill the cheese melts and the tortilla browns and looks crispy.
I usually eat 1/2 that at a time.

I had one as well. I use a low carb tortilla and make it like a taco. I put pizza sauce on the tortilla put cheese and turkey pepperoni and fold it in half. Put a little tiny bit of olive oil in a pan and cook it until light brown on both sides. Pretty much until cheese is melted.
It was really good.
