Hello Kay,
I had a good day today. Here is my menu.
B - 4 oz coffee, 8 oz mootopia milk, scoop of protein
L - Roast Beef , Provolone
D - Chicken Bake from costco - mostly the inside, just a few bites of the wrap
S - Few bites of leftover chinese, chicken, cashews, rice - I was so hungry after working out I had to eat!

Fluid - 72
Vits - done
Exercise - Y 45 minutes
