Hi all!!!!!! You know I didn't go to the gym, but I did shop and drop! The mall was huge and walked around up and down for 2 hours! hehehehe! You????

I went to a funeral... not too great of a day.... but I walked around, did stairs, got in and out of my dad's truck.... But I have to get over this cold first!! Then I am going to join the gym and really start working off my wiggles!!!

Yes I worked my wiggle out today! I did the sculpting part of the Biggest Loser DVD! I know I'm gonna feel this tomorrow!!!!!! But that's a good thing right? Total exercise time: 35 mins. Susan

Heck yeah, I worked off those wiggles today!!! For some reason the elliptical machine was KILLING me today!! It lost the war though. I still did my 2 sets on that beast. Total workout time today: 1 hour 55 mins Total calories burned: >1000 (working off the wiggles) Dawn

Deep Water???? How deep is the water? Is it like treading water while doing aerobics?

Jaci, You are a posting fool, girl! The deep water class is water aerobics in the deep end of the pool. You have a "noodle" or a belt which keeps you afloat while you pedal, kick, jog, twist, turn and otherwise move your body to music...it's kinda like treading water, yes. The class is lead by an instructor. I have found that it's great for toning. Chele

How do I do it? By keeping my focus on the goal. 9 times out of 10 I tell myself, "lower the resistance...it's not like your stopping." But I just push through it and think about how nice it's going to be this summer in cute outfits. I worked myself up to the point I am at. I started at 30 mins and added 5 or 10 a day until I got up to 70. Dawn
