Constipation, any sugestions??????

I am so happy to say that I found what works for me and I was so having a bad time before. I eat oatmeal with 1 T. flax seed meal sprinked on top. Flax seed is so good for your hair also. I also have a couple of dried prunes in the morning (I like them). I am sooooo happy now! Nothing makes you feel crappier than not being able to crap!

Hi Hazel! I'm sorry to hear that you're going through that yukky problem. I understand exactly how you feel. I had the same problem. Take care of it asap! This is kinda gross, but I'd rather warn you before you end up were I did. It got so bad for me that I ended up with hemmroids and fissures (little cuts inside my butt that felt like razors! OUCH!! ). I was barely able to even walk for about 6 days, it was awful. I also let the problem go for about a month before I went to the Dr. and that sure didn't help, but it was not something I wanted to deal with...big mistake! For the constipation I'm using Colace and drinking more water. I hope you have more success than I did, though I'm okay now. Take Care Lisa
