Butter/Margarine/"Buttery Spray"/Olive Oil
I have both the spray you mention and real butter. It's so seldom that I eat anything that needs either that neither get used much. When I scramble an egg I just spray buttery-flavored Pam on the pan. I tried the "I can't believe it's not butter" spray on toast and didn't care for it much. It was okay on the baked potato I tried - but two bites was it.
I use butter flavored Pam when I do scrambled eggs. If I'm doing veggies or something similar, I'll either use the olive oil flavored Pam or actual olive oil sprayed from my Misto bottle. I haven't made anything at home that would require butter, etc. on it as I'm not allowed to have any bread type carbs yet and the cooked veggies I'm allowed I don't make at home.
