Doctor said 40%

Had a doctors appointment today and he said I was at 40% of my weight loss.... I think that is pretty good....... 42 pounds gone forever. Start 237/today 195/ goal 145 Just 50 to go!!!!!!

Thanks Jaci, I am pushing for 10 a month. Got to go shopping in the end of July for clothes. My sister is visiting from Germany in the first week of September and she has no idea that I have done this....... I'm so mean!!!!
