What's on YOUR menu for Wednesday?
Breakfast- Quaker low sugar oatmeal with flax seed meal mixed in. Didn't eat it all. 1/3 cup milk in my coffee.
Lunch - Protein shake -
Dinner - micro bites of home made fahitas. I mean micro bites of each piece of food. I think I am finally getting it, the small pieces of food thing. I don't try and bite of a piece and chew. I was throwing up at every dinner.
Snack- 1/2 skinny cow, non fat, no sugar added ice cream sandwich
You guys are so good. I don't really track everything, but I figure I am eating around 500 calories a day.
Here is my menu from today:
4:30 AM (I couldn't sleep) decaf espresso and milk (1% lowfat)
B: 1 pb & j Baker's Breakfast Cookie
L: 1 ham and cheese sandwich made with Trader Joes protein bread and TJ's Healthy Ham and 1 sl. jack cheese and a bit of diet mayo and mustard. 1 orange
S: 1 banana
D: Ramen soup with chicken, beef, cabbage, onions and bell pepper.
S: shared a frozen yogurt and churro with my daughter at Costco.
I am drinking more water and it feels better.
