Stressed out - need some lovin

Ok ladies (and gent if you are out there) I had the roughest day and need to vent. 8:00 AM - My day started with baby #2 being dropped out completely cover in throw up. Ok fine, these things happen. Baby #3 comes -no problems Baby #4 comes no problems we have snacks, read some books, watch praise baby video, eat lunch and all the babies including my daughter, baby #1 take naps Baby 1 & 2 are up from their naps and snacking then all hell broke loose .... 2:15 baby # 4's daddy comes to pick her up, she is still napping, I go in to get her out of the pack n play and she has poop ALLLLLLL OVER - she dug in her diaper and had in on her hands, face, shirt, pants, belly - so dad and I wash her up, meanwhile she is screaming and wakes up baby #3 dad & baby #4 leave at 2:30 2:30 get baby #3 into his seat and give him snack 2:30 then baby #1 is crying ... I pick her up and she immediately heaves, all over me all over her all over everywhere. get her cleaned up, changed her clothes, changed my clothes and go back to the breakfast nook 2:40 baby #3 has diarrhea everwhere, up his back, up his front on his chair - ok fine get him cleaned up, new clothes etc 3:30 baby #2 mommy comes and picks her up only two kiddos now - easy breazy right .... 3:55 baby #3 has second round of diarrhea repeat of the two thirty incident except now he has long pants on and it all ran down his legs and everywhere, strip him, clean him up, change his clothes - have no more clean clothes for him - have to put my daughters clothes on him 4:05 call hubby to cry on his shoulder 4:30 baby #1 pukes again, covering me and her, get her cleaned up, changed her clothes, changed my clothes 6:00 baby #2 - is picked up 6:10 DH arrives home 6:30 baby # 1 pukes again, this time on daddy, the kitchen sink, down the cupboard and on the floor, clean her, clean the sink cupboard and floor 6:45 baby#1 had diarrhea, we catch it in time so it is not a big mess 7:30 repeat 6:30 she only got herself and dady this time - daddy cleans her this time 9:00 repeat 7:30 - paged pediatrician, he calls back .. put her on the pedialyte challenge - great - Pedialyte challenge = 15cc of fluid every hour throughout the night given in 5cc intervals - no sleep tonight if she continues to puke - we have to go to the ER so she can get fluids, if she does ok I will see him in the morning right after I see my gyno .... Geeze Jen, I'm so sorry! You definately had your hands full today with those sick babies. Tomorrow should be better!

I would be running from the house screaming! The fact that you have enough patientce to watch that many babies in the first place makes you a saint! Leeanne
