What's on YOUR menu for Thursday?
b--- 1/2 of a South Beach breakfast wrap
s---string cheese
bad snack---3 bites cake, 1 piece choc and about 1/2 serving of jelly beans (I'm making a new rule--no eating at work anything I don't bring!)
l---egg salad + cesar salad + other 1/2 of wrap
s---fake coffee, 1 sf cookie
d---refried beans + 1 oz lf cheese

Well it is late in the evening here in Texas.
I have done very little shopping, I bought new undies!
I was skinnier than I am now 2 years ago, I saved some of those clothes so I am wearing them. I would like to go get a few pair of size 18/20 capris and a few t-shirts for summer.
B - postum, milk, protein powder
L - skipped
D- 2 oz tuna 1 oz turkey loat - tablespoon of cauliflower
S - 2 string cheese, 1 hard pretzel
water - ouch - maybe 30 oz
vitamins - missed all - will take my multi at bedtime
exercise - circuit traind 25 minutes, bike 25 minutes
