I usually have a 2 week stall every month (well the whole 2 months so far). It doesn't seem to matter what I do, when my body is ready, it starts losing again!

I have had a stall every month as well. This month I have been steadily loosing but I can feel the stall monster sneaking up on me. I know he's gonna get me SOON. Last month to get the scale moving I cut ou all carbs for a few days. It seemed to work.
I've had a few stalls, one from last week to this where I actually gained
The best thing that helps me is to up my fluid intake.
I have also heard that the plateau buster works really well.
