Carb Countdown Milk DO you cook with it?

OK So I want to make some potato cheddar soup with ham. I can make it high in protein, but was curious if anyone had cooked with the carb countdown milk yet or not. It seems thicker than normal milk. I don't think that is a bad thing, I was just wondering if it would turn out the same?? Kristie

Kristie, I haven't cooked with it...yet. That's a good idea though. I think the thicker texture would be nice in a soup. Chele
