hi all i had my sleep study done and i still have to use my bi pap machine but at a lower setting. i am waiting for the script so i can get the pressure changed. oh and i am now 400 pounds only 170 lbs to goto get to my goal weight i still go to the gym i am up to a 50 min workout 3 to 4 times a week. dave

25 min on treadmill and 25 min on the bike. 6 + miles on the bike 1 mile treadmill @ 2.8 mph. 3 to 4 times a week. dave

Great news Dave! I still use a bipap too. I know it's a pain but what can you do. My doc says I may need it even after I loose the wait. Well keep up the good work kiddo, you are doing great! Regards and hugs, Ronna
