I never get back on the computer after you guys post these until the next morning. But, for my own good I am going to post anyway.

S:1 Slc Health Nut Bread, 2 oz. Turkey, 2 T. RF Cream Cheese
D:3 Oz. Pork Loin Chop, 1/4 C. Fresh Green Beans, 1/8 C. Potatoes
Cals: 566
Protien:45 (not enough)
Water:66 Oz.
vitamins: Yep
Exercise:Raked the Yard and did other lawn work
All in all not a good day for me.
